We cover and offer employment in the following counties: Clarke, Jasper, Kemper, Lauderdale, Leake, Neshoba, Newton, Scott and Smith. We employ approximately 270 full-time employees, and the administrative office is located at 1415 College Dr., Meridian, MS. We do not give out specific information on job availability.

Community Support Specialist:

Peer Support Specialist:
Requirements: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (GED); a first-degree family member and/or individual who has self-identifed as having received or is presently receivng behavioral health servces and is willing to share their lived experience in combination with skills training to support peers and/or family members with similar experiences
Direct Care Worker (Full- or Part-Time Day Treatment and/or Clubhouse):
Requirements: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (GED); driving record approved by Weems' insurance carrier
Clerical Positions (Appointment Secretary/Financial Clerk; Insurance Clerk; Receptionist/Switchboard Operator; Data Entry Operator; Accounts Receivable Clerk):
Requirements: High school diploma; must be computer literate; must possess good communication skills; previous medical records experience and/or general office experience preferred
